Milaron Pilates Studio Reformer & Folding Reformer Limited Warranty

Milaron Pilates extends the following Limited Warranty, which applies only to non-commercial, in-home, indoor use of the Milaron Studio Reformer and Milaron Folding Reformer. Any other use shall void this Limited Warranty. Milaron Pilates Reformers will be free of defects or malfunctions during normal use. Certain exclusions apply, as further described in this Limited Warranty.

The Limited Warranty applies to the following components of the Milaron Studio Reformer and Milaron Folding Reformer, for the period of time indicated. This warranty applies only to defects discovered within the applicable Limited Warranty period and only while the reformer remains in the possession of the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage:

• Frame & Carriage Rails (Aluminium/Wood), Gear Bar, Foot Bar: 1 Years
  Milaron warrants these components against defects in workmanship and materials from the date of original delivery.
  
  
• Springs, Straps, and Ropes: 1 Year
  These parts are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
  
  
• Upholstery: 4 Months
  The PU leather upholstery is covered against defects in workmanship and materials for four months.
  
  
• All Other Components & Accessories: 1 Year
  This includes miscellaneous reformer components not specified above.
  
  

Exclusions and Limitations

Who and What is Covered:

• This warranty applies only to the original owner of the Milaron Studio Reformer or Folding Reformer.
• The reformer must remain in possession of the original purchaser.
• If a defect arises within the warranty period, Milaron Pilates may, at its discretion, either replace or repair the defective component with the same or a comparable model.

What is NOT Covered:

• Any Milaron products Milaron believes to be stolen, counterfeit, or purchased from an unauthorized distributor or reseller, units purchased or used outside AUSTRALIA, and units missing serial numbers.
• Damage from normal wear and tear, improper assembly, installation, maintenance, or relocation.
• Damage caused by using third-party parts or accessories.
• Any cosmetic changes (such as discoloration) that do not affect performance.
• Damage from accidents, abuse, neglect, fire, floods, lightning, or acts of nature.
• Commercial use of the reformer (this warranty is for residential use only).
• Incidental or consequential damages, including gym membership fees, work time lost, transportation costs, or substitute equipment.]
• The warranty does not cover the transit cost during the warranty. Transit charges will apply.
• The warranty does not cover for installing parts. Servicing charges will apply.

Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty. If you move outside of Milaron’s service area, labor coverage may no longer apply.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To request service under this Limited Warranty, contact Milaron Pilates Support. You will need to provide the serial number of your reformer and proof of purchase. Claims must be made within the warranty period.
