When my Pilates studio closed suddenly I decided it was time to purchase my own machine. After researching online for a few days I settled on the Pearl V3 in Noire. I have only been practising for a week, but I am impressed with the build quality and ease of use. Being the third generation, all the latest improvements definitely make practising a worthwhile experience — and the machine in all black with chrome highlights looks super cool. Great value for money.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, ‘Authority to Leave’ will apply, and the goods will be left safely with photo evidence provided by the courier.

Absolutely. Assembly is quick and solo-friendly. All the hard work is done for you.

- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will also be required to pay the return shipping cost.
- To start a return, you can contact us at contact@milaron.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return shipping fees are bourne by the customer

These parts are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. - Upholstery: 4 Months
The Premium Microfibre Leather upholstery is covered against defects in workmanship and materials for four months. - All Other Components & Accessories: 1 Year
This includes miscellaneous reformer components not specified above.
Applies to residential indoor use by the original purchaser, Australia-wide.

We use a mix of premium hardwoods and commercial-grade aluminium depending on the model. including solid maple, oak or 6063 aluminium alloy for the frame. Upholstery is finished in Premium Microfibre Leather.
