The courier delivers to the safest accessible point, such as beside the door, garage or driveway, and you will receive notifications before and after delivery.

The box itself is heavy, so moving it inside is always a two-person job. The easiest approach is to open the lid where the box stands and carry the reformer into the room.

Yes. Almost all of the work is done before it leaves us. You attach the shoulder pads, clip in the ropes and tighten a few screws. It usually takes under 20 minutes, and no special tools are needed.

Every reformer includes the Essentials Kit at no charge: a jumpboard for low-impact cardio, a jumpbox for seated and prone work, a Pilates ring and a Pilates ball.

Every reformer includes our Limited Home Use warranty: 5 years on the frame, carriage rails, gear bar and footbar, 1 year on springs, straps, ropes and other components, and 4 months on upholstery.

The optional Forever Fit extension ($349) lifts springs, straps, ropes and components to 5 years and upholstery to 1 year, and adds no-questions-asked parts replacement for the first 12 months, priority support, and member pricing.

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. The reformer needs to be in its original condition and packaging, and return shipping is covered by the customer.
