• Frame & Carriage Rails, Gear Bar, Foot Bar: 2 Years
  
  Milaron provides a 2-year warranty from the original delivery date, covering defects in materials or workmanship on the frame, aluminium and wooden carriage rails, gear bar, and foot bar.
  
  
• Springs, Straps, and Ropes: 1 Year
  These parts are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
  
  
• Upholstery: 4 Months
  The Silicone Microfibre leather upholstery is covered against defects in workmanship and materials for four months.
  
  
• All Other Components & Accessories: 1 Year
  This includes miscellaneous reformer components not specified above.

We understand regional customers are often hit with surprise fees after checkout. That’s not how we do things at Milaron. If you have any special delivery instructions or live somewhere remote, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we’ll make sure it’s sorted with no surprises.

Your reformer will come with:

Jumpboard– Incorporate low-impact cardio and plyometric exercises for a full-body burn.
Jumpbox– Perform seated, prone, and sideline exercises with greater support and range of motion.
Pilates Ring– Activate deep stabilizing muscles and refine control with added resistance.
Pilates Ball– Improve core engagement, balance, and alignment in both reformer and mat exercises

Extended Warranty Coverage:

• Frame & Carriage Rails, Gear Bar, Foot Bar: 5 Years
• Springs, Straps, and Ropes: 5 Years
• Upholstery: 1 Year
• All Other Components & Accessories: 5 Years

For the first 12 months, spare parts will be replaced no questions asked. After this period, replacement parts will be provided under standard warranty conditions for up to 5 years.
