Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in acceptably new condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
Email us at contact@milaron.com.au to request a return. All returns are handled via mail only (pickup available in select cases).
Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions for sending the item back.
Please do not return items without prior approval — they will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A $300 AUD restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked final sale
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, Confirm with our team then please return the original and place a separate order for the new one once the return is approved.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
