Does Pilates by Milaron offer returns?

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will also be required to pay the return shipping cost.

  • To start a return, you can contact us at contact@milaron.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping fees are bourne by the customer

    Milaron provides a 5-year warranty from the original delivery date, covering defects in materials or workmanship on the frame, aluminium and wooden carriage rails, gear bar, and foot bar.

  • Springs, Straps, and Ropes: 1 Year
    These parts are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

  • Upholstery: 4 Months
    The Premium Microfibre Leather upholstery is covered against defects in workmanship and materials for four months.

  • All Other Components & Accessories: 1 Year
    This includes miscellaneous reformer components not specified above.

Applies to residential indoor use by the original purchaser, Australia-wide.

We use a mix of premium hardwoods and commercial-grade aluminium depending on the model. including solid maple, oak or 6063 aluminium alloy for the frame. Upholstery is finished in Premium Microfibre Leather.
