When Will My Pilates Machine Arrive?

Depending on the product, it can range from 7-14 days from received order to delivery

Disclaimer: As per our policy, the free tailgate delivery is provided to the safest accessible drop-off point, such as beside the door, garage, port or driveway. If no one is home at the time of delivery, ‘Authority to Leave’ will apply, and the goods will be left safely with photo evidence provided by the courier.

Customers will receive a delivery notification from the courier company before and after the delivery.

Milaron hold no accountability or responsibility if goods are lost or stolen post delivery.

Absolutely. Assembly is quick and solo-friendly. All the hard work is done for you.

Does Pilates by Milaron offer returns?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will also be required to pay the return shipping cost.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@milaron.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Milaron provides a 2-year warranty from the original delivery date, covering defects in materials or workmanship on the frame, aluminium and wooden carriage rails, gear bar, and foot bar.
Springs, Straps, and Ropes: 1 Year
These parts are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Upholstery: 4 Months
The Silicone Microfibre leather upholstery is covered against defects in workmanship and materials for four months.
All Other Components & Accessories: 1 Year
This includes miscellaneous reformer components not specified above.

What is your Extended Warranty?

Our $349 Extended Warranty Coverage:

Upholstery: 1 Year
All Other Components & Accessories: 5 Years

For the first 12 months, spare parts will be replaced no questions asked. After this period, replacement parts will be provided under standard warranty conditions for up to 5 years.

We use a mix of premium hardwoods and commercial-grade aluminium depending on the model. including solid maple, oak or 6063 aluminium alloy for the frame. Upholstery is finished in silicone performance leather.
