Delivery & Assembly
When Will My Pilates Machine Arrive?
Depending on the product, it can range from 7-14 days from received order to delivery
Disclaimer: As per our policy, the free tailgate delivery is provided to the safest accessible drop-off point, such as beside the door, garage, port or driveway. If no one is home at the time of delivery, ‘Authority to Leave’ will apply, and the goods will be left safely with photo evidence provided by the courier.
Customers will receive a delivery notification from the courier company before and after the delivery.
Milaron hold no accountability or responsibility if goods are lost or stolen post delivery.
Can I assemble it alone?
Absolutely. Assembly is quick and solo-friendly. All the hard work is done for you.
You’ll just need to:
- Attach the shoulder pads
- Clip in the ropes
- Tighten a few screws

What’s included with my reformer?
Every reformer arrives with the Milaron Essentials Kit: a Studio Box & Jumpboard, our upgraded Silicon Power Ring, and a Resistance Band & Yoga Ball — everything you need to start training the day it’s set up.
Can I choose or change my delivery date?
Yes — once your order is ready to ship, we’ll work with our freight partner to get it to you as close as possible to your preferred date.
Deliveries are ultimately carried out by third-party couriers, so an exact date can’t be guaranteed, but if you have a date in mind — a move-in date, or setting up a studio — let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to match it. For larger studio orders, we can also hold stock until you’re ready.
Is white-glove delivery available?
In eligible areas, yes — our delivery team will bring your reformer into the room of your choice, unpack it, and take the packaging away with them.
White-glove delivery covers placement and unpacking only; assembly isn’t included, but as covered above, that’s quick and solo-friendly on your own.
Returns & Warranty
Does Pilates by Milaron offer returns?
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will also be required to pay the return shipping cost.
- To start a return, you can contact us at contact@milaron.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
What is your Standard Warranty?

These parts are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. - Upholstery: 4 Months
The Premium Microfibre Leather upholstery is covered against defects in workmanship and materials for four months. - All Other Components & Accessories: 1 Year
This includes miscellaneous reformer components not specified above.
Applies to residential indoor use by the original purchaser, Australia-wide.
What is your Extended Warranty?
Our $349 Extended Warranty Coverage:

Can I buy replacement parts for my reformer?
Yes. Springs, straps, ropes, carriage wheels and upholstery are all available as individual replacement parts, on top of what’s already covered under warranty. Swapping a part over is straightforward — no special tools, and most changes take a few minutes.

What materials are used in the construction of your Reformers?
We use a mix of premium hardwoods and commercial-grade aluminium depending on the model. including solid maple, oak or 6063 aluminium alloy for the frame. Upholstery is finished in Premium Microfibre Leather.
How adjustable is this equipment for various body types?
With a carriage travel range of 150-180cm, and an adjustable footbar offering five positions, it accommodates diverse body sizes. Plus, the adjustable headrest has three positions to support your neck and spine effectively, ensuring personalized comfort.
Are your reformers easy to transport and store?
Absolutely! It features built-in transport wheels for effortless and quiet movement around your space. Plus, the undercarriage glide system with ultra-low friction bearings makes it simple to store away when not in use.
What type of resistance can I expect while using this?
Equipped with German steel springs, you can customize your workout intensity thanks to three distinct levels of tension. This setup includes heavy, medium, and light options, allowing you to progressively build strength and enhance flexibility.

Will it fit in my space?
The Pearl Studio measures 244cm long and 65cm wide, about the length of a three-seat sofa — the full set of dimensions is in the spec section above. If you’re working with a tighter floor plan, the Pearl Foldable folds down for storage between sessions.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. The footbar adjusts across 6 positions and the headrest across 3, so it grows with you from your first session to advanced work. The six-spring range (heavy, medium and light) lets you start light and build up gradually rather than being locked into one resistance level.
What’s the difference between the Maple and Aluminium frame reformers?
The main difference is the frame material and feel.
Pearl models use a 6063-T5 aerospace-grade aluminium alloy frame — light, won’t warp, won’t rust, with a sleeker, studio-style presence. Maple models use a solid maple timber frame — warmer, classic, and built to anchor a room.
Both run the same 6-spring German Piano Wire setup, so the workout itself feels the same either way. It comes down to which look and feel suits your space.
How does the Pearl Studio compare to the Pearl Foldable and Maple Studio?
Pearl Studio is the flagship — a fixed-frame aluminium reformer built for a permanent home setup.
Pearl Foldable runs the same aluminium frame and 6-spring performance, but folds down to reclaim floor space when you’re not training.
Maple Studio trades the aluminium frame for solid maple timber — a warmer, classic look with the same 6-spring resistance range.
Performance-wise, all three deliver the same workout. It comes down to how much permanent floor space you want to give it, and which material fits your room.
How do I care for my reformer?
Keep it indoors, out of direct sun and away from moisture. Wipe the upholstery down after use with a cloth dampened in water and a mild detergent — the commercial-grade EVA foam core underneath holds its shape well under regular use, so a light wipe is usually all it needs.
Give the rails a dust every week or so to keep the carriage gliding smoothly, and leave a spring attached when the reformer is idle to stop the carriage sliding on its own. The German Piano Wire springs are built to hold tension over years of daily use, so they don’t need special maintenance beyond that.
What’s the difference between Original, Noir and Creme?
Purely a finish choice — Original, Noir and Creme share the same frame, springs, carriage and performance. The difference is the colourway, so it comes down to which one suits your room.
